Dispenser Controller DA77n/DV77n series

It is possible to obtain timer settings which are stable and have good setting reproducibility by using the 0.001 second digital quartz timer. The timer range can be increased by 1 digit using an internal switch. (Longest 0.01 second- 99.99 seconds) The dispensed volume ranges from 0.0001cc/shot to large volume. The stability of the pressure is improved by using a constant bleed type of regulator. Steady dispensing is possible from negligible volume by using an electromagnetic valve high speed operating circuit. Complete protection from staining of adhesives is ensured with the use of stainless steel chassis. A wide range of systems can be supported by combining dispenser controller with a dispensing valve. The dispensing can be checked by pressing the test switch on the panel. It has a digital timer display that shows the dispensing time between the interval the free mode is turned on and off. (When the timer is exceeds the maximum time, counting begins again from “0”). The dispenser controller can be directly connected to a sequencer, and remote control can be done using the sequencer control by providing an optional built in interface. The DV77n series is coupled with vacuum mechanism to control the dripping of low viscosity fluids.
